gonna be awesome

Orleans and Jefferson Parish need more stadiums. Not sure why more schools don't play at Joe Brown Stadium. It's the nicest facility in the region.

probably bc it's WAYYY out there in the East...

Carver will have their new stadium coming soon and they said other schools will use it too...

i might go to a Zephyr field game and stay for a half to experience it lol. it sounds like it will be different

yea but it's still another option. NORD's incompetence might be another reason. De La Salle used to have some home games there.

Boom! How bout them Captain Shreve Gators! Restoring order in the rivalry with C.E. neeeerd. 3rd win since my freshman year lol. Before then, Shreve had won like 19 of the previous 20.

Byrd seems REALLY down... and have to win vs. either Airline or Haughton to see the state playoffs.

good news if they do, they'll have a power rating to get in at 3-7

Jim Derry compared our W against LW last year to lightning... and said it won't strike twice tonight

however, there's that little switch that turns on for us in district, and it's happened the last two years. the only district L's we have are 13-10 against Ehret in '14 where they took the lead late, and last year, 44-7 to Ehret where it was 14-7 late in the third quarter. we just melted down at the end. remember that they did go on to the Dome.

of course Landry Walker didn't have their quarterback (you might know him) the first time. the second time, it was 21-13 midway through the 4th quarter and we got stopped at the goal line for the second time in the game. the 34-13 final was misleading for those who were at the game.

Helen Cox, Higgins, and Bonnabel haven't touched us. West Jeff put up somewhat of a fight but never did stop us last year. EJ was never gonna score enough last year, and I feel sorry for the seniors who were freshmen under Coach Salt and went to the Dome. they deserve better.

It sure will. I'm expecting a high scoring game like the CL/Vandy game.

Yeah, byrd has a ton of injuries and are playing a lot of young guys. I read in the paper they had 11 fumbles last night. 11. Shreve, on the other hand, is undefeated at 4-0 for the first time in lord knows how long. Probably since the last Shreveport public school to win state. The 1973 gators. Had to be a perfect storm on both sides to post a 34-7 win.

Destrehan vs Hahnville won't be close, Tigers are too small on both sides of the ball.

Plan was for Tulane stadium to have high school games. Then the elites got all upset.
