Ben Franklin should win just because they have a 4A enrollment as opposed to Ridgewood who is one of if not the worst program in 1A

Lutheran, Ben Franklin, Ridgewood, Ecole and Grace King should be allowed to merge their enrollments into one football entity similar to the Commonwealth of Independent States at the Olympics when the Soviet Union broke up.
