Doesn't change my point, there are a bunch of role players with no titles who were a tad better than Robert Horry, but wouldn't you say he was more accomplished?

You're going to have to give me a specific player. How can I compare him to the vague category of "role players with no titles"?

Of course stats matter because they constitute facts and evidence for arguments.

Why are you laughing? It is clear as day

They will say things like the defense was tougher, Bron couldn't survive back then, and the league is weaker now

well apparently the 90s were a bunch of unathletic short dudes so it's pretty clear everyone here grew up on lebron's NBA and 90s NBA is alien to them

Millennials are just getting old enough to feel nostalgia. It's cute.

Jordan was the best
Wilt is the best athlete to ever play in the NBA
Magic has HIV

I actually watched the 4th quarter of last night's game and what was striking is how old lebron is. He was lumbering and barely getting off the ground. Time catches everyone. Last time I saw him he was with the heat and he was just an athletic freak. He looks like he's put on some weight too

Pick any role player you think was slightly better than Horry, that guy.

Hell, whether he has no titles or 1 or 2 is irrelevant considering Horry has 7.

bullshite. I'm a millennial and grew up on 90s basketball.

James is the superior player. And I'm not a James fan. Have rooted against his team every time he played the Pacers or made the Finals.

You need glasses. James wears the #23. Idk who you were watching

Pick one that proves your point because I don't see your point apparently.

If you had a better career than somebody then you were a better player even if the other person had more talent than you. Plain and simple.

I don't know why you're so focused on titles when I said nothing about them. Sure it's a element of a successful career but it's far from the only thing.

Pretty much every player, guy who covers the NBA, and us lowly fans are marveling at how LeBron looks to be in the best shape of his life, fwiw.

i watched him dunk and he barely jumped. His post up moves were clumsy and he got away with a walk

Now whoever that other dude on the cavs was with that behind the back fake out drive to the hoop. He was awesome

Weird that you can't do that.

You got it backwards, that's not my point.

My point is there are players out there that are clearly better than Robert Horry, who are also less accomplished. Would you actually disagree with that?

My original premise says it depends on how you value team accomplishments when saying who had the better career, that's why.

How are you so uninformed about this?

Usually it's best to not talk about things you're this uninformed on.

Literally, it's all everyone has been talking about since the start of the playoffs. How do you NOT know that?

Like who?

His only accomplishments are team acclomplishments.

7 PPG
4.8 RPG
2.1 APG

Not that impressive. A guy who was on stacked teams and hit clutch shots. Not necessarily a great career
