I was hoping for JG or MK - but probably could not afford either.
This guy looks somewhat solid on paper.

I am pretty sure a proven head coach over an assistant is a win for Tech.

Here's hoping LSU will now play La. Tech again since the anti LSU prick is gone.He made no friends at LSU while an assistant coach at USL & there are some long memories in the baseball dept.

Goff mentioned trying to get back to playing instate schools
Posted on 6/6/14 at 12:40 pm to hsfolk
Tech doesn't play instate schools?
Looks like a really good hire.

not really except Northwestern St, Grambling and this past season was the first time playing SELA in a few seasons

last year they won 49 games and got snubbed by the selection committee... this year 41... 90 wins in two years
Posted on 6/6/14 at 12:49 pm to chalmetteowl
winning 49 games in the Big South while still being good probably didn't help their bid chances

You don't even play Monroe, 50 miles away, in baseball?
