I am sure this has prob been debated plenty here, but i'm relatively new to this board. Can someone provide me a legitimate argument for kobe > lebron outside of 5>3?

kobe has more rings thats the argument. But he was just a robin to shaqs batman. Shaq won al those finals mvps.. kobe was just around for the ride.

Lebron makes the team. Wherever he goes, he takes that shitty team to the nba finals.

Sounds like you and Lebron have something in common seeing how he got all up in your feels last postseason.

Difference between Kobe and LeBron: LeBron has the greatest Finals performance in NBA history.

Around 2009ish this was a legitimate debate. Kobe's been in Lebron's rear view mirror since then.

The only semi-legitimate argument in favor of Kobe is that he has more rings.

If you take a closer look, Kobe has 2 finals MVPs. He did not play a critical role in the Lakers first championship. Kobe has been the best player in 2 different NBA finals appearances out of 7 tries?

Lebron has 3 finals MVPs. He was the best player in a losing effort against GS. He was arguably the best player against San Antonio the year they lost.

Lebron has been better on the biggest stage than Kobe.
