Obviously nothing can be finalized until Wednesday, but looking like Philly is sending Kiko and Maxwell to Miami for what is rumored to be an assortment of draft picks.

Man, they really are going to try to reverse everything Chip did there. They'll probably get a bunch of picks for the pair so maybe it'll work out for them, but they were both super promising in their first years.

Chip Kelly in the offseason is the gift that keeps on giving.

I wish all teams managed their teams like he does. It's the same way my buddies and I did on Madden .

Just weird. They resign Bradford basically saying they can win right now and not have a rebuild, and then they go and trade away 2 starters on defense where they already have no depth. Trading Maxwell at least makes some sense, he has a huge contract, but I thought they would keep Alonso. When healthy, he's a promising player

Maxwell was terrible, Kiko showed *some* promise but always played really small.

They have Hicks (much more promising than Kiko), Kendricks (down year but young and promising as well), and will probably move Connor Barwin back to LB with the new scheme.

Maxwell was terrible -- did I say that already? -- and he has a $63MM contract.

A lot of talk about trying to trade Baldwin, may keep him now though. Eagles also shopping Murray and Mathews. Really trying to reverse everything Kelly did.

And I agree, Hicks has looked good but I'm not sold on him being a long-term answer

You do realize that Kelly no longer coaches the Eagles right?

I assume trading for Alonso and his rookie salary was most of the incentive for the Dolphins to do this. Maxwell can be cut after this season without much penalty but his 8.5 number for this year is still really high.

Yea I just like the way he left his footprints on their team though.

I got a feeling their offseason this year will be Kelly-esque just in the exact opposite direction.
