so if their schedule sucks so much, they why are they ranked so high? why do you have to rank teams based off win-loss records? if a 7-4 team is better than a 9-2 team, then you rank them accordingly. not by record.

the system is ridiculously biased towards teams that lose early.

Completely hypothetical and I dont see how it could happen, but what if 1-4 in the final bcs standings are SEC teams? They all cant get auto bids right?

only the top 3 can in that scenario

the only way a conference can have more than 2 teams in the BCS is if they have 2 playing for the title. then they can have 3

Brad Edwards has no idea. We won't know how far K State will drop until we see how far the voters drop them.

Would be a crime if so. KSU was rolled by 4 TDs to a 2-5 weak conference team..they quit and rolled over..soft.

The SEC's elite teams, all lost to each other, and by single scores, in wirejob dogfights with no quit in 'em.

Hopefully the pollsters don't allow this to happen. It would be a travesty.

Baylor's offense shits on every SEC offense.

Baylor's Defense got sh!t on by ULM, Tex, Okla, TCU, etc..

A TecmoBowl Defense that caught KSU tired, deadlegged, flat, and looking to duck out of an BCSCG beatdown.

The SEC's Top 5 or 6 teams would post Baylor output, vs that schedule, even if some teams more balanced or run heavy.

yeah it's so easy to go undefeated

K State is better than Georgia and Florida. Bad games happen.

Even harder to go unbeaten in the SEC.

Maybe the KSU that won in Norman could've beat UGA early on, or the Fla of late. But, the KSU of the last two to three weeks relying far too much on Klein, and their D allowing big plays..gets crushed.

SEC size and speed, with a month to prepare for Klein, and SEC skill position talent in open spaces(like Baylor's tonight)..would gash away.

I was actually pulling for KSU to not choke again(like in 1998), and get old man Snyder to the big game.

The top teams in the SEC would never lose a game like that. At least not in recent years.

Do you really think that if JFF, Murray, McCarron, Mettenberger, the huge OLs, great RBs, etc..Don't roll up freaky stats if in Big-12 or Pac-10?

Also, you do realize that SEC teams are built to play Mini-NFL style Pro-Set ball, keep the Defenses rested, win hardware..

Not gadget away vs weaklings, and pad stats by track-meeting away vs size and depth challenged squads/programs..some in very WASPy states.

The SEC has destroyed every challenger over the last six years in the title game, regardless of whether it be from the PAC 12 or Big 12.

Kansas Statw doesn't deserve a spot in the top 25. You don't lose by 30 to a .500 team and get away with it. I could see if it was on a last-second play or OT, but Baylor arse raped KState. They are fricking terrible. They beat a overrated OU team, WVU who turned out to be awful and Texas Tech. Whoop dee frickkng doo
