I was wondering why my FF team was scoring so much so quick. I have Arizona's Defense.

It's devastating to a franchise to have to pay all those inconsistent and mediocre guys like Stafford, Kaep, Dalton, and Cutler big bank, and you can maybe pay one other guy on your team like that. The Pats have almost an unfair advantage that Brady can and is willing to take a discount rate because he makes so much money elsewhere, his wife is rich, or whatever it is.

Kap's contract structure is basically a series of 1-year deals renewable at the FO's discretion. There will be no long-term impact, they can pretty much move on whenever. The problem is just they have absolutely no other options on the roster and the QB class this year is mediocre.

I won't harp on today because historically he's owned the Cardinals and hadn't thrown an INT in like 140 attempts coming into today...but it may be time to move on. That said, he's hardly the only player holding them back.

Good info. They don't have many other options, and obviously have several problems.

Kaep opens the second half with another bad pick.
