Man these guys are two great coaches. Had great programs at other places and re-built two former powerhouses.
If you were rebuilding a power conference team what coach would you want? (someone not at an established "powerhouse" but maybe at decent programs)

Scott Drew could probably rebuild a program quickly. But he'd do it by cheating.
