From high draft pick, to languishing in Orlando and Milwaukee to now becoming probably the 3rd most important player on a team that needs badly to make a long playoff run. And one amazing tattoo sleeve. And a really interesting interview. Just a good ole baw from Virginia.

His career has outdone probably 99% of most people's expectations.

Impressive.

His sleeve tattoo, while hideous, is clearly working its effect on his shooting. He's leading the league in 3 pt percentage right now and averaging a career high 16.6 ppg.

He went from the most hated basketball player to a guy most people have a favorable opinion of now.

Oh it's hideous alright, but dude has become a 50-50-90 guy. Unreal.

Redick is the league's leading 3-point shooter, knocking down an even 50.0 percent of his attempts from long range. Since the Clippers lost Blake Griffin to injury on Christmas Day, Redick has been on an absolute tear - averaging 19.7 points on 52.7% shooting from the field and a scorching 56.4% from three.

He's been pretty effective for the better part of a half-decade.

The best part of his career arc is that the Clippers use him to cover up the jerseys of magic, kareem, Jerry west, Baylor, etc

1. I thought Redick was from Tennessee?
2. Is Redick a "baw"? I thought he was a "brah" kinda guy

Mostly shrapnel from the intense Duke hate.

Moved far enough from Duke now for some to actually appreciate his game?

Languishing in Orlando?

He played a lot and had a pretty good career there?

He has pretty much just consistently gotten better. I'm not sure that it's that interesting of an arc.

Was playing HS bball at the time and loved him at Duke. Appreciated a white boy doing his thing and thought Morrison was a weird frick.

Also thoroughly enjoyed watching him lose to LSU.

In basketball especially the NBA you typically don't have this kind of resurgence in year 10.
