Too much uncertainty to say for sure. I assume the Clippers will be a playoff teams because they'll probably get Paul back. You can't say OKC is definitely in the playoffs bc they're one Westbrook injury away from winning 20 games.

West will be stacked

You're right he's a pretty good defender but I have a feeling he'll be moved or demoted.

I'm surprised Minny got that 16 back too.

Chicago having to give up their 16th pick for this is just hilarious.

Give it some time. Dunn can be special imo.
He was one of the worst offensive players in the league last year. Of course he can improve, but he had -1.2 offensive win shares, a -3.7 offensive box plus minus, -2.64 offensive real plus minus, and an offensive rating of 90. Obviously, Thibs is a defensive coach so that may have helped his defense buy hindered his offense, but he has a long ways to go to be even an average player, let alone special.

If he's moved they need a starting PG. Rubio is underrated and on a great contract, but not a great fit. Signing Mills would be a nice backup and compliment.

Well unless they get a good point guard in return, they will probably be a terrible offensive team, save Butler and Towns--especially since Wiggins is one of the most one dimensional players in the league.

Bulls could sign me and you'd think I could be an all star.

Which is why I said "Give it some time."

He's a year removed from being a top 5 pick. How quick do we forget the type of comps he was getting just a year ago.

It sucks Chicago had to be the place where he learned to grow the frick up. I hope that works out for him. I've said it before but he's the Willie Beaman of the NBA. Good luck to him going forward. Minny better give him his buckets how he wants them, when he wants them. PEACE!

Yeah, but he wasn't a young rookie, and he still got some decent playing time (1300 + minutes). In addition, and he hardly improved as the season progressed. He had an EFG of 41.5% with an average game score of 3.5 (7.3 extrapolated to 36 minutes) during the first third of the season. He had an EFG of 43.0% with an average game score of 3.8 (7.6 extrapolated to 36 minutes) during the last third of the season.

His Offensive rating did improve from an abysmal 91 during the first third to a still poor 99 during the final third, but his net rating. Only improved from -18 to -13.

Sure he has time to develop, and with a better offensive coach, and natural development, he should improve. The problem is that as one of the worst offensive player, the improvement has to be drastic.

Trades like this just reinforce the idea that teams in the East have no interest in getting better until LeBron leaves. Could no one in the conference put together a better package?
