Jim Harbaugh is a genius

Dude took UM down to IMG this week for a week of spring practices. Has all kinds of regulations in place making sure they don't break any recruiting rules, including two NCAA officials. By doing this he accomplishes two things...
1) Doesn't have to worry about his players getting into trouble while on spring break. And, while we are on that topic, gets his kids down to FL for some down time on off days.
2) He gives himself and UM HUGE exposure to recruits, without having to even talk to them, at arguably the biggest hotspot "high school" for big time recruits in the country.
Genius move. Discuss amongst yourselves.

Ann Arbor is still in Michigan, which is far from home for all southern recruits and is cold as hell in the winter...plus Michigan plays in the Big Ten. I don't think anyone should be that scared.

Not all IMG kids are from the southern states.

I imagine its the same in Michigan, where a lot of people grow up wanting to be different and edgy and cool so they cheer for the big rival. It's funny to see all of the Michigan fans around Columbus. I don't say anything, their lives have to suck enough already.

Harbaugh is outstanding and has made Michigan a factor both in the Big 10 and nationally maybe even sooner that many would have predicted.
