Thursday football sucks and only if you have fantasy or betting do you watch teams out of your local area or teams you root for...

Majority of the league having shitty QB's is hurting the NFL product

NFL preaches safety yet makes them schedule games on a short week. It's fricking retarded. Play on Sundays and Mondays. That's it.

You could probably say that about all NFL football though.

too many flags.

my biggest gripe.

the game is nothing like it used to be, the one that I grew up watching and watched with a lot more interest no matter who was playing.

its disappointing really.

thursday games should only be on Thanksgiving in my opinion

Out of all of goodells hypocrisy and idiocy the worst one is him not letting teams wear different "throwback" helmets bc he's supposedly worried they won't be fitted properly... But the he makes each team play a Thursday night game

Dude is so full of shite I don't see how he can look at himself in the mirror

I think its clearly over saturated. Not sure the ratings bear that theory out, though.

Didn't the Saints have to play an away Thursday game after playing a Sunday night game a few years ago? That has to suck. 2 day rest then travel. How do they even install a game plan in 2 days?

Player safety and a shitty product on the field are legitimate gripes about Thursday night football. But thinking the NFL is going to stop showing a prime time game that would otherwise be at noon while other games are being played, you don't have a clue of what really runs things.

I think teams should play TNF after a bye week

1 10 day and one 11 day rest is better than 1 14 day rest IMO

Almost everything the NFL has done since free agency and the salary cap has hurt them. If it wasnt for fantasy football and gambling where would the NFL be?
