Isn't Westbrook dead last in the league at expected fg% of the man he's guarding?

He's 10th in terms of guards who have played at least 55 games.

ETA: Westbrook is 10th worst, out of 98 guards

ETA2: Harden is 31st worst, out of 98 guards

All? Or some?

I said some. You Interpret that as 'all'

Do us "all" a favour quit posting if you can't tell the difference between all and some.

Jeremy Lin was still on the team.

That was literally three years ago.

Doesn't the original post say 'still'?

That implies currently.

MSB hoops talk ladies and gents. .....

He was dead last past the half way point. I didn't have the updated numbers. I'd say being dead last at halfway tells us a lot about his Defense.

Not sure if what I was attempting to portray came off correctly, but players defended by Westbrook shoot 3.8% higher than their average, and players defended by Harden shoot 1.8% better than their average.

Basically they are both bad defenders, but by this metric Westbrook is worse.

You can't pick your sample size after the fact. You were wrong and that's okay.

To be fair I think the reason they are struggling on D is because they expend so much effort on the other end. I'd love to see their playoff defensive numbers. That's what really matters.

Well nO matter he sample size he's still much worse than James.

Do I really need to post the Reddit article again that absolutely destroys him defensively? I've never seen an article that makes a player look so bad defensively TBH.

If you're interested in defense look at the players ranked 3rd and 5th best in that link

A positive number in that last column is a bad thing, just as a clarification.

I'd put them in the same boat. Both work so hard on the other end they sometimes struggle on D. IMO they are both average defenders.
