Is Dr. Kevin Elko the reason Nick Saban thinks they way he thinks?

I've been listening to many hours of this guys speeches..
He sounds like Nick Saban,,,but it appears its the other way around
Nick sounds like this guy...as nick hired him to be the mind doctor for the team...and has for years...even back in the LSU years
Anyone with insight?
