How does that interception go against the QB's stats, completely not his fault.

I agree its not the QBs fault... But how else would you classify if?

It's not a catch and fumble. The receiver never gains possession.

It's just hard to put the stat anywhere else. And at the same time, there are some tipped passes that get INTed that are the QBs fault.

Well, if a RB takes a screen pass to the end zone the QB gets credit for the yards.
