Indoor Basketball Rec League in BR?

Where are some good spots to play a pickup game in baton rouge? Me and a couple of friends want to play but we are in our late 20s/early 30s and out of shape so we don't need to go try and run with the BREC All Stars. Any leagues / places like this?
I've heard LA Fitness but would prefer not to pay for another gym membership just to play basketball on their single court.

BREC used to have 4-5 divisions. You would be placed in the lowest division honestly, which is usually your run of the mill guys.

Go the BREC or YMCA route. LA Fitness' gym is the size of a racquetball court.

Manship YMCA usually has some games going on.
