1. Discount Double Check
2. Andrew Luck
3. Ryan Tannehil
4. Joe Flacco
5. Russel Wilson

Obviously 1 and 2 and pretty much solidified and I doubt anybody will disagree with that, but everything else is up for grabs.

In no particular order:

Tom Brady
Jameis Winston
Johnny Manziel
Anthony Jennings
Jamarcus Russell (the Comeback Tour)

Exposed after tOSU game. Bounces around the league and Coach Peyton Manning quickly benches him after Jamarcus' stellar preseason for the 2019 New Orleans Saints.

1. Luck
2. Rodgers
3. Wilson
4. Tannehill
5. Someone not currently in the league

Anyone pushing 30 now that is not already elite is highly unlikely to suddenly become elite unless given the perfect coach for their talents like Drew Brees, so I cannot put Flacco on that list.

Rivers and Roethlisberger will be over 35, and history is against them there.

I cannot think of any other QB I am excited about that is in the league right now. Ryan is way too inconsistent. Sam Bradford is always hurt. Kaepernick is similarly inconsistent. Nick Foles only had one good season.

Maybe Terry Bridgewater at #5. He showed some flashes this year.

All of the spread offenses in college are limiting the amount of great quarterbacks in the league, it seems.

Yep.

and then a few of those players only have a few years of experience to show for it.

guys like Jameis Winston are considered the best in their class after only 2 seasons of play.

Edit: Winston comes from a pro system but you know what I mean.

Winston comes from a modified pro-style system. He doesn't have many reads or progressions. More than basically any other quarterback coming out of this draft, though.

Forgot about him and Stafford. As much as I dislike Cam personally, he has a chance at becoming top 5 one day. Same with Stafford.

I think Bridgewater will be a solid QB, if given a good coach to coach him up, and good enough talent surrounding him. I would not bet against him becoming top 5

Thought about him.

Hopefully they can pick up Cooper for him to throw to.
