Claiming he's a ball hog (even though he was 2nd in the league in assists last year).. That there wouldn't be enough shots to spread the wealth between three "ball dominant" stars.. That Westbrook's inefficiency somehow taints the feat of accomplishing a triple double in an NBA basketball game..

Only to find out on opening night he drops ANOTHER triple double on 7-12 shooting with 16 DIMES

Must suck to be a Westbrook hater having your takes/narrative being continuously shite on by tGOATbrook with stats & facts night in and night out

Can't wait for more MSB narrative bashing throughout the season

Settle down. I think 80-90% of the MSB loves Westbrook. This year will tell us a lot about the narrative that he is a ball dominating empty stats guy you can't win with.

Congrats on beating the Knicks. Proves a ton about OKC’s future...

And I don’t think people were as negative about GOATbrook as they were about PG13 and Hoodie Melo trying to share the ball.

Triple-doub on 58% shooting, now I know it’s the Knicks but this is how Russ should always play pro basketball with no HeroBall I was genuinely impressed by how he played and hope he sustains it. I’ll describe it this way: he averages 24-16-10 on 48% shooting and they win 52 games, this will be one of his all-time greatest seasons if not his greatest.

Russ is a BAD mother effer. He knows how to play, and has a killer instinct unparalleled by most.

Can't wait to see OKC buttfrick the Rockets

Equally shitty take

They were on teams with no other offensive options. NONE. Especially on the wings.

Paul George was especially efficient at catch and shoot looks when he got them. It's just the offensive unit was so inefficient, hero ball was Indiana's best option a majority of the time

Carmelo hasn't been on a contending roster in 5 years. Anyone with a brain knew if he was with 2 other stars he would be getting open looks like he was during the '16 and '12 Olympics

I think this proves more about their future. It's only a matter of time before the offense gets rolling

Let’s wait until he leads a team to a title before we start making the GOAT arguments here, prisoner of the moment mentality

Jc have a little perspective bubba. It was one game. V one of the worse squads in the league. I'm glad that the CC fans here are a little more seasoned in our takes otherwise i woulda had to read how CC was gonna win the title this year bc they disposed of warriors in game 1.

This place is going to be insane April-June next year.
Too bad Hayward got hurt, the lebron threads would have added even more fire here
