I personally think Richie got a raw deal with the Dolphins. When he was interviewed on the Russillo show, he was nothing but up-front and class about the Dolphins organization.
It was a shitty story at the wrong time, America was equating "bully's" with terrorists and it became a buzz word type situation. From the leaked text messages and emails, yeah he was crass, but they don't hire nice guys to smash themselves against linemen like Vince Wilfork. Had Jonathan Martin just been up front about it, I don't think Richie would have continued. The league is full of weird guys.
