Why do these NFL teams keep hiring proven losers? They are failed retreads.
I heard the Falcons are hiring Rex Ryan.
I am done with them. Life is too short.
I'm jumping on someone else's bandwagon next year.
I've never done that before and I've been a football fan since 1970.

Lulz at you thinking Sexy Rexy is a bad hire. Dude took Mark freaking Sanchez to multiple AFC Championship games. His defenses are awesome, he just can't buy his own groceries on the offensive side of the ball.

How are you still a Georgia fan then? Mark Richt is the definition of a loser. Dude has never won any big games.

the jury is still out on Rex. Many coaches have had success in their second go-round. Shanahan, Carroll, Belicheck stand out.
Ryan will rebuild their Defense and probably reign in the offense a bit and make them a tougher team. upgrade over Mike Smith.

With the Talent on offense at the Falcons Rex could do some work with the right staff. Jets are a given shite show until further notice.

Unfortunately I think that would be a good hire. They already have a ton of offensive pieces in place and he'd get that defense turned around quick. He'll more than likely turn them back into a ground and pound team more like they were in 2010 with heavy PA to Julio, Toilolo, White, Douglass, and Hester. I have a feeling they're going to pick a RB highly come this draft.

I've always actually thought Richt would be successful as an NFL coach.
I think he's got the type of persona for it, even if I think he's not really a great college coach.

It's the Falcons, and you're a Falcons fan. Nothing the Falcons or their fans do moves the needle. The Falcons and their fans are NFL seat fillers, and you know this. So why would you think that anyone here would care about such an insignificant thing?

I think Rex would be good for them, but maybe just in the short term. He would shift the teams attitude and moxie very quickly
