If Manning wins the S.Bowl, chances he unexpectedly retires?

I say 75%. His neck placed him on borrowed time some said, and people argued he shouldn't come back. He did and proved to be the best. Does he take another chance? I don't think so. I think he will be on Fox next year.

I'd be more surprised if he won and didn't retire

I'd retire but doesn't his contract call for him to make 20 or so million?

Would be a great career choice, but he's a competitive dude. He'll be thinking that one more means nobody labels him a playoff choker anymore, and one more means one more than Eli.

He comes back for 1 more year to try and repeat and get #3 plus he's only like 19 TDs behind Favre all time.

I would like to see him competitively shut Troy Aikman up every Sunday.

No way he retires. Pro athletes almost never go out on top.

Ray Lewis and Bettis are anomalies.

Unexpectedly means the Media isn't talking or even hinting about it.

I guarantee the OP is wavering on his 75% after seeing this.

it seems obvious to me he's gone if they win the Super Bowl. Go out on top like his boss, plus there's only so long you can go with a neck made out of Swiss cheese.

Yep. 73%. Really I think it depends on how he physically felt this season. If his neck gave him problems without reporting it, I think he leaves.
