I Would Like Boxing and MMA Better If It Were Winner-Take-All

Fights would be a lot better and more entertaining if the winner took home all the money. Or 90-10 at least. When boxers/fighters come into a fight knowing that their millions or thousands are guaranteed no matter the outcome of the fight, there's much less incentive to go all-out and leave no doubt.
McGregor had every incentive to hype this fight and get people to buy the PPV, but once the bell rang, it didn't matter what happened afterwards. This was his retirement-money / going-away fight. And who can blame him? He's getting $30M+, win lose or draw.
Same for Pacquiao and his bum arse effort vs. Maweather. You think Pac would've given such a shite performance if all his millions hung in the balance?! (And he's had his financial difficulties too)
Anyways, it'll never happen, but I think it would make for much more exciting and entertaining fights.
