Do you realize that you're going to hate the next LSU coach as well?

I hope not. That's where Miles needs to go.

It can't possibly be that bad to play for him.

I don't think he will go back to college. He has an ego like most great coaches, and wants to win at the highest level.

IMO only one of the following will occur:

A - He signs a contract extension with the 49ers.

B - He is traded to another team (likely Raiders).

My second opinion if he snuffs UM.

I thought the same thing about saban. Raiders is such a great setup.

We cannot read Harbaugh's mind or know his ego, but he is a smart man. I personally don't see him going back to college unless it's at a near can't miss school where he will compete for national titles. It's hard to call Michigan that because of recruiting disadvantages these days. He may be a loyal alum, but he comes off as a egotistical mercenary.

Harbaugh has had a lot of success in the NFL. He has been close, and you can tell he wants that ring.

There aren't many places that will give a HC complete control of personnel, but Oakland would likely do it.

just personality wise I would think so. By all accounts mark davis is a deeply disturbed individual who spent his entire life being walked over by everybody, but mostly by his father.

an alpha like harbaugh might like that setup.
