They look great. Blitzing the QB and swarming the ball. I miss Bo.

some bitched about Pelini even though our D was usually in top 5. Tough crowd.

Yeah its a tough crowd. The Nebraska D is looking good. They are keeping them in the game so far.

right before the sugar bowl against ND in 07, i was in the french quarter with my parents. all of a sudden i see this huge guy running down the sidewalk right at me. as he got closer i saw it was an LSU sweatshirt. i could tell he was not stopping so i got out the way. as he passed i was shocked to see that it was Bo Pelini. Had no idea he was that big. Good luck Bo!

he's a crappy defensive coordinator and never deserved to be hired at LSU.

I liked Pelini's defense, but the tackling wasn't too hot towards the end of his stint. To be fair, poor tackling seems to be a chronic problem in college football in general.

I really liked his attitude. He acted like a fire was lit under his arse, and that attitude carried over to his players.

Our 2007 D was probably around 75th the last half of the season.

was thinking about him when we went in to OT against ARKY...in 2007 we went to OT against them and everyone was bitching because he didnt blitz and they completed that 3 rd or 4th down pass and won

that's what I'm talking about...LSU fans don't put up with no bullshite. In fact, during the second half of the Arky game we were probably 120th in defense. He should have been fired then, we don't put up with no bullshite.

I'm a Miles supporter, so you're drunken stupor doesn't really work for my stance.

He did a shitty job in 2007. There's no way around that.

perhaps injuries and a couple of mindless penalties might have had something to do with that....really though, I just used your point to parody the chicken-little reaction of some LSU fans

I like a guy who has the guts to play like 6 or 7 DB's and only 1 LB. It's a gutsy move and everyone knows Texas can't run the ball against a good DL
