I'm one of those who was guilty of judging the guy before actually meeting him.
He's a super friendly person, however, and I would be happy to see him break through in a major. His 2014 play in the majors was impressive.

Third, he isn't 60. He's got his own style on the course and the kids eat that shite up. He's a VERY good golfer, and his style only does him good.

In 2014 I made a number of PGA Tour events and when Ricky is in the field there are little kids everywhere dressing just like him. It is hilarious to see and Ricky would acknowledge them on ever hole.
He's having a ball out there and a great ambassador for the game. I would love to see him win The Masters just to shake up the event a little !
