I have a strange fieling UT is gonna play OU tough

and possibly beat them. Baker Mayfield and Big game Bob both are meh, this game has all the ingredients for UT to at least make this game respectable.

I thought Phil Steele said 5 of the last 7 times they have been dogs to OU, they have won. That said, this feels like the variety of 63-14/65-13/55-17/63-21.

I don't see any way they win but they will cover 16.5 or whatever the spread is IMO.

Sounds accurate. Seems like they usually beat OU when they aren't expected to.

He'll make it through the year. Texas wants no part of the backlash if they fire him.
Texas situation is worse than I thought, they need someone with a lot of head coaching experience to come turn it around. I think Charlie Strong will be a very good HC someday, but Texas was a bad fit.

It's happened before in the past 5 years. Having said that, and as watching the Longhorn dumpster fire burn is a personal fetish of mine, that team is absolutely God awful. They've been an auto fade for me all year and aside from that 21 point, 4th quarter comeback against Cal, they've been one of the worst teams in all of FBS. OU by 30+ wouldn't surprise me in the slightest.
More than anything, I'm hoping ABC pulls a bunch of wide angle camera shots of the crowd(like they love to do when it's full) just to highlight the massive amount of empty seats in the burnt orange side, or the overflow of crimson and cream.

He would do better at a place like South Carolina. You're in a major conference, but the pressure isn't quite there like it is at Texas.
