You forgot about the part of mocking them. I love the constant bitching by fans about ESPN - the same ones that flock to their website, like all of their crap on social media, watch their shows non stop...then act like one of the cool kids bitching about it. If you really don't think they're legit anymore:
Unlike them on Facebook.
Unfollow them on Twitter.
Uninstall their apps.
Quit going to their website anytime something happens.
But most importantly...
CHANGE THE CHANNEL AND DON'T GO BACK.
