If he is legitly terrible in preseason, then a little from the people who always like to bitch. If he looks to be fighting pretty hard for a spot but is one of those "tough cuts", then they will get a ton of shite.

Very little they are the team who drafted him. NFL as a whole will catch more shite when he doesn't find a new team.

That's the reason I didn't see anyone wanting to take him. Not because he'll cause a disturbance in the locker room, but that ESPN is going to have a 2 day story out of it when he eventually gets cut. No matter if it's in 2 months or after 2 seasons.

The Gaystapo lawyers are lining up for a shot at the NFL, the Rams will be now known as the Defendants.

He will have to prove his worth. He had a bad combine and if he has a bad camp and preseason then anyone trying to make the argument that "because he is gay" will look pretty stupid.

As a Rams fan and a Mizzou fan Im happy he is getting a chance but worried about the distraction and circus that is sure to follow going into this upcoming seasons camp in a couple of months.

Yea, just like all those lawyers were suing the NBA when Jason Collins wasn't on a roster for the first 5 months of the season.

This is all part of Gregg Williams' sensitivity training. Sam was never going to play a down.

he will not be cut... he'll be on the practice squad this season... maybe even next season... then probably fade away.

in two years it'll be a non-story, or a small footnote at the end of the 10:00 local st louis sports segment.
