Man you are obsessed

I guess when you beat dat arse the season before you become fixated on that team. Hopefully your work is not affected by your lack of sleep.

80-90 teams out of 120 would probably have lost to VT on Labor day night.

of the remaining 30-40, 25-35 would lose to MSU or Michigan alone. So now you are down to 15. Between the other games another 10 would lose to someone they shouldn't, like happens every year

So maybe 5.

So 40 to 50 teams would definitely beat Michigan State? The #5 team in the country.

I don't know why that is laughable. Even if VT is the 50th best team in the country they were at home in primetime, which gives them a 6 (or so) point advantage. So therefore, that makes them like the 30th best team in the country in that environment, which would make them favored over 90 of the 120 teams

Edit: for example, Athlon has them as the 35th best team going into the year. That means they are better than 85 of the 120 already. Being at home makes them even better

what Larry and the other Gumps fail to understand, is that it doesn't matter how "easy" they think OSU's schedule is. To repeat they will have to beat 2 top 4 teams at neutral sites. They other thing they can't grasp is that there is absolutely no reason to believe that Ohio State would not do just as well as the SEC Champ, playing an SEC schedule. A mediocre (at best) Big XII team has been in back to back SEC CG. Think OSU can't do that? OSU beat Bama, think they couldn't have gone 11-1 on Bama's schedule? Of course they could. If the SEC tards would stop chanting SECSECSEC and judging teams bases on who they play and actually watch the teams play, they might have to admit that Ohio State is loaded and can beat anyone in CFB.
