How many Championships did the Lakers leave on table by breaking up Shaq/Kobe?

At least 2 right?

At least 1, 2-4 could be argued

I mean, Shaq was only Shaq for about three more years after that. '05-'07, with a little comeback year in '09. And the Lakers won it all in '09 and '10, so they couldn't have "left those on the table."
And Shaq and Kobe obviously weren't getting along. They had just gotten pummeled in the Finals by Detroit. Were they going to get by San Antonio and then beat basically the same Detroit team the next year? Probably not.
They might have won one more.

Listening to Barkely on Simmons podcast, he said they could've won 8 in total

People sometimes forget that Shaq was close to 7 or 8 years older than Kobe & was on the decline( nearly 33 , not exactly taking care of himself & demanding a huge contract before being traded).
Not many options on that roster after those 2 which prompted them to go after 40 year old Malone & Payton( bad fit).
Not winning much with Devean George, aging Rick Fox , Fisher, Horace Grant,etc............as role players
