How did the Heat all of a sudden get good this year

For the first few months of the year they were the worst team in the NBA and now all of a sudden are beating everyone

Eric spoelstra (no idea how to spell it) is one of the best coaches in the NBA.
Pat Reilly is one of the best evaluators of talent.

Oh yea, the rockets were playing above their means for a long time.

CC only has 3 losing seasons in my lifetime. Had I chosen any other team. Any team at all. I wouldn't be able to say the same.
