Great football program
Elite basketball program
Very good baseball program

It seems like they have the best overall athletic program out of all the schools that were added.

SEC should have grabbed them instead of Mizzou

At least Mizzou has made a conference CG. A&M football has been worthless.

They won a Heisman and finished #5 in the country. Basketball and baseball have been strong. Compare them to the other programs that have realigned throughout the country and they along with Louisville are one of the few clear overall net positives

I think so and I believe TCU is also one of the best. Good in football, baseball, and up/down in basketball.

The SEC already had a presence in Kentucky, they wanted the TV sets in Missouri.

There arent many schools as big as a&m, that can get you into such a big market, that gives you both a decent academic and athletic profile. There are absoluetely bigger fish, but as is a&m is absolutely in the running

Should've added UL and Cincy to get back to 12.
