Has Floyd Mayweather Jr. ever had a slug fest type of fight?

I am falling into a youtube binge this morning. Watching a bunch of fight highlights from various boxers. I, like most people like to watch fights where people stand toe to toe and punch the shite out of each other. I also like to see knockouts or at least knockdowns. So my question, are there any specific FMM fights I can find where this happens. Because the ones I have watched hightlights on are just like the Pacquiao fight where he bounces and runs all over the ring. Does he ever stand there and just go at it with anyone?

0 losses. Why would he ever stand toe to toe with anyone?

Exactly. He is a boxer and the sport is boxing. Why get into a slugfest with anyone?

A slugfest requires both boxers to get plenty of licks in on the other, so I do not think that's going to happen in a Mayweather fight.

I mean look at this

We fans love that. On the flip side, it doesn't do much for the boxer except shorten his career.

Pacquiao fought a style that's pleased the fans. Now he's fighting on ESPN this week while Mayweather's earning a nine-figure payday on PPV next month.

You may get to see one in August because I'm not sure Mayweather can carry McGregor for the entire fight. He may have to end up putting him away.

i'll be honest, from a consumer standpoint, I could give 2 shits about a boxers career length.

Again, you guys who are sort of or straight up defending FMM in here, that's not what I am trying to debate. I am asking for legit fights that I can go watch, that will fit the description. Its a simple request that has zero to do with career longevity, wins/losses, why would he do this/that? I don't care.

I agree with this btw.

One occured in the Ortiz fight, but we all know why that happened.

Mayweather said it was the hardest fight of his career.

What in particular are you looking for? If you want to see someone land a good shot on Floyd, watch the Mosley fight. If you want to see him go toe-to-toe with a big puncher, watch the Corrales fight. You want to see someone try to smother him and have the fight take place in a phone booth, watch the Hatton fight.

Why would I do that? With all the FMM/boxing experts in here, i would get better results with this thread.

It has everything to do with what you asked. You want to know why he doesn't do it. I told you why, he's never lost.

He does fight, he just doesn't brawl.

Not really. He asked if there were any fights where FM brawled with someone.

Gonna need you to point where he asked why FM doesn't brawl.

You're asking why it's not easy to find videos of him doing it.....I've explained why.

Not to mention, you've already been given a few examples of what you can watch to get what you're asking for. So, go nuts.
