Someone in the LSU AD gave them something to go on. And media does what media does, regurgitates it. Place the blame where it belongs, at the doorstep of the LSU AD.


This is the third time the media has misinformed the public about Miles being fired. Twice he was supposed to be going to Michigan and now this. What happened to three strikes you're out? Obviously it's not as simple as that, but at what point does the media have to answer for consistently reporting false news?

Now, I certainly don't believe that one bit. He's just blatantly lying at this point and should be called out on it.

Miles being carried off the field ala Rudy along with some chants and cheers of admiration has zero effect when you're potentially having to pony up a $15,000,000 buyout.

This is a $75,000,000 program we are talking about here. Sensationalism works in the theatres of Hollywood, certainly not in major athletics.
