In that situation, how long should it take to obtain a warrant. Seems like plenty of probable cause.

He should have just drove drunk and killed people. Then he would still have a job. Leonard Little will upvote this.

CT. has no death penalty, right?

What a shame.

The crimes happened in MA, and there is no DP in that state.

Once they threaten to charge her with accessory after the fact, she'll sing like a canary.

a double homicide in boston, murder weapon found in bristol, ct. suspect is from bristol, ct. she knows him and like you said...they'll get her to start cooperating very soon when they threaten to charge her as an accessory after the fact, or maybe they just start to threaten charging her with the murder (they wouldn't get a conviciton, but she is in possession of the murder weapon)

That's what I'm wondering. The article says she was arrested June 21st. It's been two months, why isn't the safe already opened?

The good news for Hernandez is he already has better than jailhouse quality tattoos. He should be able to fall right in with whatever latino gang is prevalent in Massachusetts.
