I know this. Just messing with ya. UK has it spread out more but What UCLA did in the late 60's and into the 70's was the most dominante in NCAA history. and puts them #1 in my book.

I personally have North Carolina as my #1 all-time program because they've had to compete against better competition. The ACC is a far stronger basketball conference historically than the SEC and Pac-12 and the way UNC has dominated that conference is more impressive to me than a program like Kentucky winning a million conference championships in the SEC.

I'd put UK number one (bias aside) based upon long-term consistence and sustained success. Like one poster said most of UCLA's titles came within a 11 year window.
And they haven't won a title since when...mid 90s??

UCLA is the obvious choice but they haven't done too much post-Wooden, besides one championship in the 90s.
Also, you left Kansas off your list, for some reason. They belong in the conversation with Kentucky and North Carolina.

Kentucky and it's not that close. (yes, I know I'm biased).
UCLA won 10 of its 11 titles in a 12 year span. UK/UNC/Kansas have all won over many decades and are the three winning est programs of all times.

I'm as big a UCLA fan as there is here, but the landslide vote in this thread is humorous. As sans Wooden's dominant decade-plus, and his NBA Alltimers from that stretch..
The remainder of UCLA's Hoop accolades would be pulling up the rear behind Ky, UNC, Ind, and Kan.
Fla Gator Foots aren't Bama, Notre, nor Okla, Neb..as consistency across decades,with natty titles sprinkled across decades and HCs, count for a lot!
The Big Red Machine and ATL Braves are historical, had some dominant decades, but they aren't NYY and St.L.
The Spurs and Heat are elite over the last decade, and a bit longer for the Spurs. But, neither are Bost and LAL.
