Not much else to do in Minnesota, eh?

News outlets are reporting that this happened within the last two weeks. The University president said it was sexual harassment. News conference at 12:15pm Central.

1. Its Minnesota so unless you are into ice fishing there isn't much else to do in the winter (aka 2/3rds of the year there)
2. Eh? They aren't Canadian?

The winter months are November through March for about five months. December to February are the brutally cold months and we can get a foot of snow from November to well into March.
Actually April to October are really awesome for weather and doing stuff outside most of the time.

Let's not forget superior healthcare, excellent education and relatively lower crime. I've lived in BR and MN, and can say this is a good spot to raise kids. We just need to address the AD's drinking problem.

This is going to have an impact. Remember Jerry Kill has turned that program around, football-wise, and has serious seizure problems-- but he's always had the strong backing of the AD.
It may eventually spell the end of the Kill tenure at Minnesota.

If Kill keeps winning 8 or 9 games a year and beats Wisconsin once in awhile he is safe. But if he wins 7 -8 or less and can't beat Wisconsin then he is done. But he has at least three subpar years before he needs to worry.

I've read them. What's interesting if that he would have stopped before the tongue comment and not touched the woman he'd still have a job.
I am a little surprised he was asked to resign or fired. I would have thought that he would have been forced to do sensitivity training and the victims have gotten a raise or promotion and it's done.
He's either done this before or the victims weren't going to be satisfied unless NT was gone.

Similar thing happened to Bowling Green's basketball coach that got fired. Not texts, but being drunk and getting sexually aggressive.

It's almost like "drinking problem" makes it less intentional or culpable than "yea I got drunk and talked nasty to a couple of women."

So he didn't get a DUI with the mistress panties in his lap like the UGA AD? Meh.
