If you have a regular group that you play with, do all of you play the same tees or do you play different ones according to age . My opinion is everyone on the same box, if any difference it should be by handicap . The group I play with, we are all about the same, but being the youngest I sometimes have to spot them 50 to 80 yards . Not a great big deal but what's your opinion ?

Everybody I play with hits from the tips. It's not about age. It's about strength, torque, horses, and eviscerating skill.

Only way to roll. If you're hitting with short knockers, they slow the whole round down. If me and three other baws roll out to 3 hundo, but we have to wait for you around the 220-250 mark, that's an average 2 minutes a hole. That could add nearly an hour to the round.

Play "ready" golf and it doesn't matter

But IMO, play from the tee box that best fits your HC.

My Dad is over 60 so he plays the senior tees. It's usually not an issue. He hits last off the team but he is ready and by the time we bag our clubs and get in the cart he has hit and we can roll to our ball.

still quicker than all the people who hit it 300 once per round and spray it all over the corse and have to spend an hour looking for balls in the woods and rough.

We're all long and straight.

Nobody sprays anything.

Da fuq ya say? I sprayed a 320 drive en route to a damn 11.

My nitro failed that hole...but I had 3 birdie looks on the front from 10 ft and in cause torque put ole trusty rusty in my hands for the approach.

Play from the box you establish your handicap from if you have a "home" course. Then use the handicap to create your game.
