There are no great teams this year, especially in the NFC

I can see the Texans winning a playoff game if they get to face a QB in the playoffs who isn't elite like a Flacco or Dalton which is a very real possibility. The Texans have a problem with top QBs lighting up their secondary more than anything else. The Falcons are screwed though. I don't see them beating the Giants, Packers, or 49ers in the playoffs. The Falcons better hope and pray that they somehow draw a team like Seattle in the divisional round.

Because the giants, packers, and niners are invincible right?

The difference is they aren't incredibly soft.

The Falcons catch a good socking in the mouth and they fold like a lawn chair.

I'll give someone Houston and Atlanta. I get New England and Green Bay.

Let's make a bet 1 of our 2 teams win.

that wouldn't be a lock either. Seattle can the run ball. ATL struggles to stop the run.

Looks like Richard Sherman is going to continue fighting his suspension. That could be a huge if he is denied and misses a playoff game/games. Browner, their other corner will be ready to go because he didn't fight the suspension.

I could see ATL giving Russell Wilson problems though. They do get a lot of turnovers on defense.

But as good as ATL started out the year on offense, they have really looked poor as of late...

You are fricking retarded if you think the Texans wouldn't make it out of the first round.

"They haven't beaten anybody"

People love overreacting, people said the same thing when they lost to GB and they followed that up by destroying the Ravens.

I agree with your point, but the Ravens aren't the greatest example.

If the Texans play like they did last night, it won't matter who they play, they will lose.

That was just an abysmal performance. There's really not even any excuse for it, the Pats are just the better team right now.

I could see the Texans winning a game depending on their matchup. The Falcons are one and done again though.

The only teams that may be better than HOU or ATL are: NE,DEN and GB. After those 3 everyone is pretty meh.

The falcons need to beat NYG next weekend, that will do wonders for there momentum heading into the playoffs.

I'd like to say they are the best team in the NFC, but they are really inconsistent.

Play really well against good teams and downright awful against bad teams.

The Giants are still the best team in the NFC at their best IMO

I disagree. SF has looked very mediocre to flat out bad in a lot of games this season. Combine that with the fact that I don't even think harbaugh knows whats going on at QB and I would take ATL/HOU over them.

I have no clue where the giants stand. One week they look awesome, the next they look horrendous. Like I said earlier, the game btw ATL/NYG should be a pretty good indicator of where both teams stand heading into the playoffs. Hell if NYG loses on SUN, they may not make the playoffs.

I think so too. They have trouble stopping the run sometimes though.

so if we go off of this statement than I hope Atlanta plays San Francisco first. According to everyone in the world, Atlanta is a shitty overrated team. This would mean Atlanta would win a playoff game finally.
