Eagles and racism

Help me here.
I was listening to mad dog radio today and a caller was stating since the Eagles have more white players with Andy Reid that Chip Kelley is a racist.
I am confused about how this is possible but am willing to read and consider.
Any thoughts?

So Chip isn't accused of being racist on ESPN?

I'm not a good Typer with iPhone. Auto correct is crazy

I don't think Chip Kelly is a racist but it's weird as hell how Riley Cooper has been able to outlast Desean Jackson, Jeremy Maclin and LeSean McCoy on the Eagles roster.

I don't know. I don't bore myself with sports radio/TV

They let DeSean Jackson go for free.
They traded Shady straight-up for one of the whitest linebackers in the NFL with a bum knee.
They didn't even try to re-sign Jeremy Maclin.
The most experienced offensive weapons on this team are Riley Cooper, Brent Celek and Zach Ertz.
That being said, there's a reason those guys are gone, and I doubt that it's racism. He just has a low tolerance for players who aren't "all-in" with his philosophy.

Chip Kelly couldn't handle having Phil Knight forcing him to recruit all those black players at Oregon, so he went to Philadelphia to realize his white utopia.

The % of Caucasian players in the NFL is significantly lower than the % of Caucasian people in the US population.
Clearly there's some degree of systemic racism in the NFL, Chip is just aiming to counteract it.

I saw this story on another link and one guy had a comment that pretty much summed it all up...
I want Lesean or A. Smith or any other hypocrite to describe the difference in blackness between Demarco Murray and Lesean McCoy.
I want an explanation as to how it’s racist to trade Desean and then put his BLACK counterpart Maclin in the lineup and then when Maclin leaves he drafts a BLACK man in Nelson Algholor to take his spot?
I want to know how trading or releasing high dollar players like Desean and Lesean is racist but looking to rid himself of a well paid pro bowl OG in Mathis isn’t much of a thing?
Please explain how this man who is so racist he’d risk his job and life to trade black players off his team would add 9-10 black men thru FA and the Draft?
This WHOLE thing is baseless nonsense.
Just nailed it..

It's not necessarily a numbers game when it comes to the "racism" these people are talking about.
Chip Kelly isn't randomly dumping black players. However, he has gotten rid of or publicly put on the trading block most of the outspoken divas on his team, all of whom are African American. That is a fact.

This is such a non-issue. Random blacks being killed by cops = slightly more pressing IMHO.

Chip Kelly just wants less blacker players if that makes any sense

This makes him a good judge of character, not a racist.

This. DJax and McCoy are assholes and not team players, that's why Chip dumped them.
Maclin is a good guy and a solid receiver, but Chip didn't feel he was worth the money he was asking for.
Case closed.

But the fact remains that he will be an easy target in the media until he also gets rid of the guy who publicly said he was going to beat up...well...you know.
Never said it was right or accurate.
