If Cris Carter isn't a first ballot hall of famer, Steve Smith sure as shite isn't. It's actually hard to get in as a receiver, although I do think he eventually makes it at some point

Cris Carter had 130 touchdowns and it took him years to get in. Smith has 76. He's going to wait a long while.

The halls receiver bias is the only reason I question it
