Would be a massacre. This has been discussed several times, but I would take a mediocre high school team over UCONN women's bball, and it probably wouldn't be very close. The different in size and athleticism is world's apart.

The intramural champs is usually made up of football players at most schools. They would destroy those girls by probably at least 40.

The girls might hit a few uncontested 3's but that's about it. I'd say 80 to 17. Something like that.

Could 5 above average basketball player beat the national champion women's team? Hahahahaha yes. It would be embarrassing. Yes the women could probably run better plays and get decent shots off but no national champion women's team could ever beat a group of 5 full grown men who are decent at ball.
So
In HS our team was one of the worst in all the state and the girls team was the state runner up. Want to guess the score when they played? It was embarrassing.

Incorrect. They'd adjust and shoot just fine. Know plenty of girls who play pickup ball all the time and are damn good shooters with the men's ball. It'd be the same for D-1 players.
The challenge would be them getting an open shot against the males' athleticism, not whether they could shoot with that particular basketball.
