In which you'll get an unfair advantage one way or the other.

I'd be more pissed if I was a fan who lost a home game for this shite.

The Saints were in 2008. Pissed me off so much that the NFL took away a home game and all revenue that comes with it from a city that still was somewhat in recovery mode from 2005.

Personally, I'd rather it somehow count as road game for both teams, but I know with the way NFL schedule works that's not an option currently.

Nah. The NFL considers miles traveled, among many other things, when making a schedule.

Assume London plays at home on Sunday and then at San Francisco next Sunday. Also assume that San Francisco plays at home Monday night and then at home vs London next Sunday. What's worse—36 fewer hours to prepare for a home game, or a 10 hour flight to a road game? Whatever he imbalance here is, it isn't as big as what Thursday games present as it is.

I don't like it, but then again the NFL is becoming less appealing to me every year, so they can play in Bangkok and Istanbul for all I care

What's the big deal? Jacksonville doesn't draw

Jacksonville really has an undeservedly bad reputation. Like I posted on the first page:

last year they were 21st in home attendance, which means 11 teams were worse. In the last five years they have never even been one of the four worst, so it isn't like they are constantly struggling to put people in the stands like some people say.

They certainly aren't the most exciting or most popular team, but people always act like they are pulling the league down or not pulling their weight, but other teams have been doing much worse for the last several years.
