Booger McFarland comes on Jordy and the Prince each Wednesday for a short segment.

Mike Detillier comes on Mascona's show for a full hr each Thursday.

Are these guys getting paid something and if not what is their motivation to do it every week?

They are promoting themselves and their own shows/websites. Are you serious with this?

I think Booger does from the sponsorship of the segment or that's the way he made it sound when he told them he'd do a weekly segment

Ott's football expert, Delacano, is worse. If they pay that guy anything they're getting ripped off

"well Jimmy, the Saints D is just not playing well right now. They can't allow so many points each week."

Good stuff Mike.

Fair enough. I suppose there are different types of relationships. Detillier promotes his shite so much, I doubt he gets paid. It's a free 1-hour commercial him every week. And Moscona gets guys on his shows and he goes on their shows. Quid pro quo. So, I doubt they get paid. Booger I have no idea. I'm sure Theriot gets something for that commitment. They do talk about Traction, but not to the point where I think he'd be doing spots, and guest-hosting and shite like he does for free. I'd imagine he's on the Guaranty payroll.

My Volkswagen from South point broke down in front of Ichiban so I decided to pop in for a Moscona roll...while stuffing my face a loud arse GMFS commercial came blaring over the TV with it's shitty jingle and caused me to choke...luckily Darren James was sitting next to me and gave me the Heimlich...then he challenged me to a wing eating contest at Pluckers on Monday night for their AYCE wings, I told him no and he GAVE ME THE BIRD!

The sponsors of the segment pay them a little. It's usually $300-$400

McFarland does it because he is affiliated with ESPN and he had a radio show in Tampa before his SEC gig, not sure if he still has that show or not.

I would guess they might give them some small perk for coming on show once a week but it can't be much other than promoting their stuff

And this just proves that it all works.

I did use GMFS on my last mortgage, but to be fair it was at the recommendation of my realtor, not Moscona.
