That's my point. One is penalized severely by a domineering league for what most would consider a minor offense, while the other gets off financially scott free for what most would consider repulsive human behavior. The scales aren't calibrated correctly.

Diluted probably means a masking agent was used, which are definitely told to someone who has previously failed tests.

This guy just doesn't get it. He has the same amount of career sacks, 3, as he does drug suspensions.
