but in a field of teams that could go toe to toe with them every night.

Except if you took off the top West team's best player and added LeBron they would almost definitely be the favorite to win the West.

Imagine Westbrook, Ibaka, and Lebron
Imagine Blake Griffin, Deandre Jordan and Lebron (or CP3 Lebron and Jordan)
Imagine Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Lebron (and coached by Pop)
Imagine Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Lebron
Imagine Dwight and Lebron

No way in hell those teams don't make it to the conference finals in the West. Highly doubtful those teams don't win it all imo.

Averaging a triple double against any nba team in the playoffs is worth note

Talk about burying the facts behind stats. He had one great triple double and got close a few times...and after today the official averages will be near like....that's not taking away anything from his great play, it's just the facts.

Blake Griffin has more playoff triple doubles this postseason in less games.

He was 3 assists away from averaging a triple double....

Whether it was due to one game or not.

My bad, most people default to the Big3 when talmbout SA.

I assumed, and you know what happens when that happens...

Yea I mean sure he's doesn't have the legacy that the OG big 3 have, but Kawhi is definitely yalls best player going forward imo.

Team stats, they missed Horace Grant.

Aren't you the same guy that talks about AD being a mediocre defender by way of stats that could be a reflection of bad team D?

With good reason, of course

I'm actually not entirely sure that we'll even be able to get LMA. If Duncan/Manu return, we'll have far less wiggle room to play with even if they take barebones deals. But it seems we're gonna make a big push for him anyways, and him being from TX might count for something.

Honestly, I'd rather go after Marc Gasol for our system, but there's no way we pry him from his hometown Grizz, IMO.
