woke up this morning to my radio alarm clock on 610 with the a-hole hosts talking about how that was by far the worst game of the season.

Sun still came up though, and Springer should be back tomorrow.

No it wasn't the worst...the Villar game in Toronto and the gregerson game at Oakland were worse.

Haha yeah I agree, have 790 on permanently in my car and listen to those guys on my drive.

It beats the Latino rap that used to blare in my face though when I wake up.

The size of the teams nuts is definitely about to be put to the test. Are they really ready for this type of pressure?

Astros need to watch their backs.

The best worst team in baseball (the Rangers) are only two games back.

You may end up fighting the Twins for the second wild-card spot.

Yeah I agree with Ryno that the Oakland game where we fricked the lead was WAY worse.

Any chance Springer is back this weekend in some capacity?

Alright gents.

It's time for DAT to change if we expect YFPHA to change.

We need to be positive and believe. We know this year's team, the good and bad. Let's embrace it for the stretch run. Enjoy what the 2015 team is doing...and what they have begun!

If I just understood Nolan on MT show, no. They are going to give him as many ABs as they can to make sure his wrist is strong enough.

This thought process about that and stubbornness to bring up a DH/1B does not make me feel good about September.

He very well could be up, but when MT asked about Friday he wasn't very positive.

Fiers/Lind was the trade we needed.

Hmmmm, well that sucks if true. Quite literally everything I have read today says that if he makes it through the Corpus game tonight without a setback that he will almost definitely be back in Houston for Friday night. I read about 5 seperate articles from different sports writers and they all said the same thing (and, as mentioned, that was also reported by the Houston Chronical). It sucks if someone from within the organization has come out and said differently. Hopes and dreams = crushed

I believe he should be back tomorrow, I'm not saying he won't be. But why would Nolan keep quiet about Springer coming up tomorrow when directly asked? He has no reason to keep that a secret. Especially when we all need a shot in the arm of positive trends.
