As a ranger fan who supports all Texas teams, can we just agree that late season pennant race between us is great for fans?

I know we have a couple players banged up (Gomez, Lowrie, Mawrin?), but the bottom 2/3 of that lineup doesn't resemble a team contending for a playoff spot. Kind of at a loss for words over Carter's and Villar's inclusion.
Holland has gone pretty deep in his last handful of starts since coming off his injury, we just have to hope we can somehow work him to get to their shitty bullpen. Doesn't seem likely.
