Day after day, love turns grey
Like the skin of a dying man.

Night after night, we pretend its all right

But I have grown older and
You have grown colder and

Nothing is very much fun any more.

And I can feel one of my turns coming on.
I feel cold as a razor blade,
Tight as a tourniquet,
Dry as a funeral drum.

The only silver lining is the relief pitching has been better and Dallas struggled less than the first start. But the offense has looked like shite.

He's had a slow 5 games with some well-below average BAbip. Marwin's fine.

COME ON EVERYONE! Snap out of it! Playoffs ahead. Get healthy and win it all!

We'll get our key players back. LET'S F&%KIN' GO!

Team is hitting .313/.370/.543 over the last month with an MLB leading 143 wRC+, second best over that stretch is 119.

They had a couple of bad games. That's baseball. Still the best offense in baseball by far.

A baseball season is a story, a narrative with many twists and turns. We hopefully are at the nadir of our season in terms of state of affairs for the club and overall fan sentiment. Let's call it what it is, while remembering that it's darkest before the dawn. The plot will turn in due course.

Derek Fisher vs Kyle Tucker
Fisher is currently up but what about Tucker, does he show more upside? I'm curious about the difference in the two. Especially since Tucker is the higher ranked player and only 3 years younger.

Tucker is all projection right now but he's projected to have a higher hit tool than Fisher. Ability to hit for average and power.

Fisher had a bit of a breakout year in terms of the minor leagues so I don't know if the outlook has changed but he's always been expected to be a lower average hitter. .250-.270 type with 25 home run potential and 20 steals. He reportedly tweaked his swing prior to this year and was hitting for average for really the first time in the minors
